Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 17, 2026 Retaining Wall Masters of Texas LLC

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of retainingwallmasterstx.com (the "Site") and any quote requests or information you submit to Retaining Wall Masters of Texas LLC ("Retaining Wall Masters of Texas," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Retaining Wall Masters of Texas LLC is a Texas limited liability company (file number 0804863736) registered at 6716 Biggs Ct, Houston, TX 77061. We provide retaining walls, foundations, driveways, concrete work, and drainage systems for residential and light commercial clients throughout Texas. We are licensed and insured in Texas.

2. Eligibility and Site Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Texas law to use the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability
  • Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract content without our written permission
  • Use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful material

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, project photography, layouts, and the "Retaining Wall Masters of Texas" name, is owned by or licensed to Retaining Wall Masters of Texas LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Quote Requests and Estimates

The Site allows you to request a free, no-obligation quote. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract between you and Retaining Wall Masters of Texas. Any pricing or timelines shared before a site visit are preliminary and may change once we have inspected the project location, soil conditions, access, and scope in person.

A binding estimate will be provided in writing following a site visit. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and are subject to the conditions set out in that document.

5. Service Agreements

All construction work is performed under a separate written service agreement or contract signed by both you and Retaining Wall Masters of Texas. That agreement governs the scope of work, price, payment schedule, timeline, change orders, warranties, and responsibilities of each party. Nothing on the Site is itself a service contract or an offer to perform work at any specific price.

6. Licensing, Insurance, and Permits

Retaining Wall Masters of Texas LLC carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance and holds any licenses required to perform our services in Texas. We can advise on permit requirements and assist with the permitting process, but permit requirements vary by municipality and project. Final responsibility for permitting is addressed in your written service agreement.

7. Project Photos, Testimonials, and Reviews

Completed projects, testimonials, and reviews shown on the Site reflect real work and real client feedback at a specific point in time. Results for any new project will depend on the site, scope, materials, and other factors specific to that project. Testimonials are the opinions of the individuals who provided them and should not be treated as guarantees of any outcome on your project.

If you send us photos, reviews, or other content, you confirm that you own or have the right to share that content and grant Retaining Wall Masters of Texas a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing materials, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not engineering, legal, or professional advice for any specific project.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the Site, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warranties relating to construction work we perform for you are set out exclusively in your written service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retaining Wall Masters of Texas LLC and its owners, members, employees, and subcontractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law and does not apply to liability arising under a separate signed service agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Retaining Wall Masters of Texas LLC and its owners, members, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement we sign with you, make up the entire agreement between you and Retaining Wall Masters of Texas regarding the Site.
